Fiserv Inc. (NASDAQ: FISV) hired C&C for their 2021 Corporate Social Responsibility Report because its previous reports had not resonated with investors, raters, and rankers. C&C were tasked with a total restructuring of information, deep data and story collection, fresh copywriting, framework alignment, and in general laying a foundation for a true strategy around ESG.
A major part of this effort included a new design of the PDF report and an engaging microsite for the PDF to live on. The new site takes the user on a journey from the Fiserv.com site to the ESG site which presents all data and stories from the PDF in a more interactive way.
