Suffolk County-based design firm in search of a local Web Developer to produce Web sites and other interactive content. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Must be proficient with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, PHP and MySQL. Adobe Flash and other current Web technologies a plus. Must be able to work in the Mac OS X environment. Knowledge of Adobe's Creative Suite and Microsoft Office necessary. Typesetting

Freelance Typesetters for New York & Florida

Must be proficient in Quark or InDesign. Strong knowledge of annual report production and typesetting specifications. On site and off site using e-mail to electronically transmit files. Experience necessary.

Freelance Proofreaders for New York & Florida

Must know typesetting specifications and have a strong knowledge of annual report production. We use experienced freelance proofreaders throughout the year, particularly from January to May, the busy season. Also part-timers as needed during the busy season.

Internship

Curran & Connors specializes in the design and production of annual reports and corporate communications. We are a growing company with sixteen offices that serve our client base from New York to San Francisco. We have created an intern program, in our Hauppauge, San Francisco and Fort Lauderdale locations, for students who aspire to a career in either graphic design or graphic production. Design Intern
Assist art directors as needed, research art and photography, scan artwork, assemble presentations, work with InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.

Production Intern
Assist production dept. as needed, check preparation of material to be printed, maintain up-to-date workflow records.
